- To ensure perfect wheel alignment we use axle bores which are line bored in one setup.
- We include rail sweeps and bumpers in base price.
- Spans 36', 48' or 60' Available.
- Class "C" or "D" Available.
- Advantage wheel bearings meet the CMAA Class “C” bearing life requirements of 5000 hours using sealed lifetime lubricated ball bearings.
- Wheels are hardened steel.
- Max Wheel Load 30# - 40#
- Wheel Diameter - 6" or 8"
- Wheel Base 54", 72" or 90" Available.
- Our under hung wheels can run on standard wide flange beam. Our top running wheels can operate on 30# or 40# A.S.C. E rail or 1 ½ square bar.
- We make axles from cold rolled carbon steel.
- Speed - 80, 100 or 120 FPM.
- Motors are coupled to the gearbox input shaft.
- Ease in replacing the motor without touching gearbox and without drainage of oil.
- The Advantage End Truck utilizes worm drive reducers including torque arm mount and complete brake motor reducer combination.
- We use standard 460/3/60 VAC controls. We feature high quality Nema 12/4 variable speed controls for All our Ace Advantage products. End Truck panel includes: Ace inverter, Main line contactor & thru door disconnect with fused control power transformer.
- All motors are configured 230/460/3/60 VAC, 60 minute, TEFC, class “F” insulation, Klixon, inverter duty.
- Advantage End Truck brakes are DC rectified disc type.
